We offer a 15-days return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at email@example.com within 15 days from the delivery date to arrange for an exchange or refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment source. Shipping charges of return packages are at the customer’s expense. Items not returned will not be refunded. Gift-wrapping fees are non-refundable. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. All exchanges are subject to availability and will be shipped with our shipping option “Standard”. Failure to follow the instructions may cause delay of your refund or receiving of your exchanged item or refusal of the refund or exchange.
We would like to kindly remind you, all the to-be-returned items must be in new or unused condition with original packaging and materials included. “New or unused condition” means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, signs of use or wear nor any other damage(s) to the item. We reserve the right to make deductions on the refund amount or refuse the refund or exchange if the item is not in new or unused condition.
Please note that items on sale (items with a discount on their base price) are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I return an Item?

After we received your issue, we will communicate about your order return. Please note that all order return must comply to the above mentioned terms.
The return shipping costs have to be carried by the buyer. We will also offer you a cheap and easy way to collect your package.
Order Refund will be made after we received the return package as soon as possible.
